The Deluxe Experience – Policy & Refund Statement

At The Deluxe Experience, we are committed to providing exceptional service and delivering unforgettable events tailored to your vision. Please review our policy and refund terms below before booking:

Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your event date and initiate planning. This deposit is applied toward your total event balance.

  • All remaining balances must be paid in full by the agreed-upon due date, as outlined in your invoice and/or contract.

  • We offer flexible payment plans for your convenience. Each payment made will be applied toward your final event total.

Refund Policy

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once an item, service, or portion of the event has been paid for and confirmed (e.g., rentals, décor, entertainment, catering), those payments are non-refundable, as vendors and materials are secured in advance on your behalf.

  • In the rare event of a cancellation, any remaining refundable balance (if applicable and not already allocated to services) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, excluding the $500 deposit and all completed purchases or services rendered.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all details, proposals, and timelines prior to event execution.

  • Any changes to event details must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional fees based on vendor policies or added services.​
